24 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULE.

A valid credit card is required for booking.

If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment time, 1/2 of the cost of the service that was scheduled will be charged to the credit card on file.  If failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance happens a second time, the full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file.  *All microblading services and spa packages require 48hrs of notice.

In the event of a "no-show" at any time, the full cost of the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file. If you no-show a Groupon appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged before being able to schedule another appointment.
